Evans Transcription Services offers State-of-the-Art equipment. Staff can dictate directly into the Winscribe Digital Voice dictation unit using any touch tone phone, making it possible to dictate any time, day or night. A handheld digital recorder or microphone can also be purchased, which can then be downloaded directly into the server from your computer.
All dictation is transcribed on an IBM compatible computer using Word Perfect or Microsoft Word (ask about other programs, if needed). All finished work is e-mailed back to your office with a guaranteed turnaround time.
